We are happy to offer a free half hour phone consult to answer questions about anything to see if we can help or point you in the right direction. This is a great way to get into the shallow end with us and the process. We call this zooing (you look at the animals and the animals look at you). Book a call and see where it goes.
If you know what you’d like to do and need to know how much it will cost, just book and estimate and we will give you a number.

Using space, flow, light, and outside the box thinking we maximize the effect and tailor the use to your vibe. Design fees will be credited to any work that Aspen Lane Builders actually does, but allows you to take full advantage of our ideas with out obligation.

We believe nothing good comes from pressure and fear. Trust and communication are the cornerstones of best practice in construction. You are inviting us in to your sacred space to tear it up and disrupt all your rhythms. In order to survive that we have to be able to speak freely and express our needs and desires. Building is a long game and requires planning and nimble responses to the unexpected. We build relationships one project at a time. Building is a matter of rocks and sticks and mud. The art and artistry is in problem solving and solutions that reflect the individuals sensibilities. We are first and foremost in the problem solving business. Like a haberdasher, we use service and expert knowledge to deliver a bespoke product tailored to the way you live. It is a collaborative process free of the normal adversarial tension and negotiation by humiliation. We are available 24/7 to our clients. The primary reason for this is bad news does not get better with age and often a timely response prevents things from spiraling (whether that is your situation or emotions). Our model is based on building repeat business and then tending to all your needs. We do everything from oiling hinges to master planning a property and everything in between. The idea is you only ever have to make one call and talk to one person who is accountable to you.
